Chemo Fairies deliver joy and happiness to families battling cancer. These magical fairies come to visit children who are battling cancer during their chemotherapy treatments, bringing their very own You Got This! bag. Before the child wakes up on the first morning of a chemotherapy treatment, the fairy flies from the Chemo Fairy Garden landing in a spot where he/she will be seen upon awakening. Each Chemo Fairy is named by the child and stays with the child and their family throughout the entire treatment. On the night the treatment is over, after the child has gone to bed, the fairy flies to the Chemo Fairy Garden to play with the other chemo fairies until it is time to make the flight back for the next treatment.

They come to comfort everyone—whether that be a child with cancer, a parent or loved one with cancer, or even the children of a loved one with cancer. Chemo Fairies were created with children in mind but not only as the recipient. Kiddos can get in on the fun of creative fairy arrivals and treat-giving when given to a parent or adult relative. They can also receive comfort from their own fairy when given to a child who has a family member battling cancer. My Chemo Fairy is a great activity for families to rally together and support their loved one.

When Brother Fairy is diagnosed with cancer, Sister Fairy is sad and wants to do something to cheer him up, something to make him forget about cancer and chemotherapy treatments. She gathers a few of his favorite treats and put them in a bag with a note that says YOU GOT THIS! Brother Fairy was so excited about his special gift. The king and queen of the Fairy Kingdom were also overjoyed about the bag. So, they dispatched a magical group of fairies, Chemo Fairies, to comfort and watch over cancer families everywhere.
